Bread I Like: Diner Toast

You've had this toast before:
It's the same thing every time, available in white, whole wheat and sometimes rye. It's pre-buttered and slightly salty, and there should be grape jelly in individual containers alongside.
I like toast from the diner alongside my eggs, fresh, not homemade, crispy, thin, and perfect, alongside my bottomless cup of coffee.
